Very entertaining. The food looks delicious. I particularly enjoy the melon dishes. While the recipes are well put together, the spices can be distracting at times. All things being even, a very well rounded show on cooking.

This is my favourite Food Network star. Glad Amazon has this show available for sale. Would be great if the other seasons were available as well.
Italian meals from a Different Perceptive
I really enjoyed seeing the ingredients being put together for meals I had no idea existed. The meals presented where not your everyday meals.
She went step by step and gave you special tips on what you needed to do to get to come out correctly. The presentation was superb also. The meals made your mouth water and you wanted to dive right into the meal.
