This series offer the viewer ordinary people who suspected something was not right and became the "detective" that solved the crime. This is a pretty good show
Just watched episode 3 of season 1. Episode 3 is a famous story I've seen before. They did a pretty good job of telling the story, though I remember some interviews that they didn't have in this one. I recall interviews with the falsely accused himself. In this show there was nothing. I would have liked to see them go a bit further into the false identification. The psychology of it was only briefly touched upon, but I think many will be left wanting more. How does that happen that a kid makes such a wrong eye-witness testimony? How is it that somebody can be convicted just on that alone? How did she deal with it psychologically after she realized she was wrong? I recall the uncle saying he didn't blame her. But that interview was not shown in this telling. So this is a good telling of the story but not the ultimate telling of it. Still, glad I saw it, would recommend.
