Very direct and effective
I really enjoy this show and tend to watch it when I've just had a rough day with my own kids - it reminds me that my kids really aren't as difficult as they sometimes seem. ;)

at first I thought America's supernanny was like Jo Frost but then when I saw the show, i now realize that she's a little different then the other nanny.
