Michael Phillips knows his stuff
Overall this was a great buy to go along with his book. I am a visual learner so this was very effective in helping me becoming a better orchardist. A must buy!
Perfect companion for the book "The Holistic Orchard"
I pored over The Holistic Orchard this winter and came away with dozens of thought-provoking suggestions for improving my young forest garden. This DVD is the perfect accompaniment, mostly rehashing the same information, but providing visual reference points (and also some new tips). It's also well-indexed so I'll easily be able to go back and review various sections at a later date.
In the interest of full disclosure, I was given a free review copy, but would definitely have watched all 5 hours anyway. I might have waited and hoped a used copy would pop up, though, since $50 is a lot of money.
