IT'S GOOD!
Mira, the yogini that performs on this DVD does very well. The asana practice is very good and when performed at the pace she presents it with awareness and effort to improve or even perfect the asanas it can a challenge the student yogi. She is a very beautiful young woman and certainly as she continues her practice she will continue to grow and improve. The location is beautiful, the video production is comparable to that presented in "Zen Garden Goddess." The only fault I wish to express is that is the available sound track options of choice between natures sounds and nature sounds with music doesn't work; on this DVD I cannot access natural sounds only.
Tasteful and Inspiring
I'm just a beginner at yoga and this DVD turned out to be a good fit. The yoga model was gorgeous and the poses were easy enough for me to follow along. And the beach backdrop scenery was awesome. Even the music is very cool. The sequence of standing poses and sitting poses is a perfect pacing for me- somewhat challenging but within reach. And I love the nudity- tasteful but hot enough so I find I'm looking forward to the next pose. One observation- if you want a narrated instructional video, this probably wouldn't be it. But if you're like me and prefer something beautiful to watch and get inspired, then it's perfect. It's gotten me into a daily yoga routine. One other observation- be careful to loan this out to friends, they won't give it back.
Exactly as described
Beautiful. Simple. Respectful of both Yoga and the (female) human body.
They should have sent a copy of this with with the Voyager space probe.
